Average delivery times

We strive to achieve the best price/quality ratio for our products. That's why we choose to ship products directly from the supplier.

This allows us to save on transportation, storage, packaging and shipping costs. It also allows us to offer the products at a reasonable price.

Each order is processed within 24 hours and the average delivery time is 7-14 days.

Cancellation of orders

Cancellation and modification of the order is only possible 6 hours after the order has been placed. The processing of our orders ends after 6 hours, after which cancellation/modification is no longer possible.

If you want to cancel/change your order, please contact support@lozendo.de within 6 hours of placing your order.
