Refund & Return Policy
Important Information:
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 7 days after the return is approved.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
- This policy is subject to our Terms of Service.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lozendo.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved prior to sending. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Customers cover the costs of return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected. Refund processing may take up to 7 days from the date of approval. No restocking fees will apply.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in new and unused condition. Please send us an email with your order number and information about the item you wish to exchange it for. We will assist you through the process.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel, email info@lozendo.com immediately. We can cancel before processing or dispatch begins. Once processing has started or the parcel has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; in that case, you may use our standard returns process after delivery.
Damaged or Not as Ordered
If your parcel arrives damaged or the contents differ from what you ordered, please email info@lozendo.com with clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant. We will review the case promptly and arrange a suitable remedy, such as a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
