Refund & Return Policy
Important Information
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 7 days after the return is approved.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
This policy is subject to our Terms of Service.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lozendo.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved prior to sending. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 days from approval for the refund to be processed. No restocking fees will apply.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in new and unused condition. Please email us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange it for. We will assist you through the process.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@lozendo.com. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is processed and dispatched. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible, and the standard return process must be followed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send clear photographs of the issue, including any packaging damage, to info@lozendo.com. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or correction as quickly as possible.
