Processing and Dispatch
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will arrive to acknowledge receipt and the start of processing. Orders are prepared within 0-2 working days (Monday to Friday). When your parcel is handed to the courier, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery takes 3-6 working days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. Public holidays, seasonal peaks, or severe weather may extend these estimates. If your parcel has not arrived within the window above, please allow a further 3 working days. After that, contact us at info@lozendo.com and we will investigate and update you.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel, email info@lozendo.com immediately. We can cancel before processing or dispatch begins. Once processing has started or the parcel has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; in that case, you may use our standard returns process after delivery.
Damaged or Not as Ordered
If your parcel arrives damaged or the contents differ from what you ordered, please email info@lozendo.com with clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant. We will review the case promptly and arrange a suitable remedy, such as a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
